BIM (Building Information Modeling) describes an intelligent process, based on 3D models, which is intended to provide information and tools for efficient planning from concept design to construction and management of building and their infrastructure for architects, engineers and constructors.

3D Scanning


We use one of the modern 3D laser technology in the area of 3D Plan & Scan Services
to create accurate measurements of the entire sales, storage and ancillary rooms
for premises such as branch offices or living areas. Individual scans provide a scatter
diagram which can then be evaluated, enabling a complete plan to be
created with a ground plan and interior furnishings.

We measure your premises and draw up your planning
documents, from measurement through to the finished plan. We can support you during live operation without causing any down-times. Creating realistic 3D models that show the precise appearance of objects as well as the surroundings, following all important information and data related to the object itself.

We perform measurements in a 3D laser scan procedure, so that we can create your documents both in the form of ground plans and in the form of spatial building models.

We then carry out a qualified preparation of the data we have obtained and evaluate it precisely. Spatial building surveys are particularly suited for downstream utilisation of your data in building information modelling (BIM).

Architecture components are created with the parametrics. For realing special 3D shapes, 3D definitions can be used. This can be used to create any object imaginable, there are no limits to your creativity.

BIM system (Building, Information, Modeling)


The architect or technical planner performs changes on the project file (3D model) in the BIM process. These changes are immidiately avaible to all stakeholders as drawings, as well as digital data. Quantities and bills of materials, which serve as a basis for cost calculations, are updated automaticaly.
For instance, if the floor plan changes, the number  and description of the windows of a building can change.

The planern changes the windows in the virtual building model. This leads to an automatic modification of the window list, and if the corresponding link was specified, the resulting impact on the cost can be seen.
